How to create invoice when order created programmatically in magento1

You can create an invoice programmatically for an order by using the below code

$invoice = Mage::getModel('sales/service_order', $order)->prepareInvoice();
$invoice->setRequestedCaptureCase(Mage_Sales_Model_Order_Invoice::CAPTURE_OFFLINE);
$invoice->register();
$invoice->getOrder()->setIsInProcess(true);
